Return Policy
- Contact us to arrange for any returns.
- A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
- There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
- Parts must be resaleable and in the original packaging, including all labels that came on the package.
- We cannot take back used parts.
- We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to return the part to you, if it has been installed, is used, or does not meet the above criteria.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if no VIN number was provided at the time of ordering.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned part.
Cancellation Policy
- An order, or a portion of an order, may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
- If the cancelled part was specially ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% may apply.
